About Us

WCS was founded in 2001 with just the owner, Richard Woodard. He had a dream to bring his love of computers to the Danville area and to show both businesses as well as home users that computers aren't that scary. Armed with his motto "Finding the Value in Computing" Richard ventured out into the tangled world of networks, cables, and computer viruses to educate his clients on the wonderful and efficient tools that computers can be.

But alas, no matter how great someone is at their job they can't do it all alone forever so Richard hired his nephew Steve as a computer technician to help him out. Then a couple years later Richard hired Michael, his son-in-law and Sara, his daughter. And now this family owned and operated business continues to grow and spread the "value of computing" to more and more businesses.
